Fox Hills

Fox Hills is a neighborhood located south of Slauson, east of Sepulveda, and north of Centinela. The neighborhood to the east is Ladera Heights. Fox Hills is entirely made up of condo complexes, approximately 15 to 20, with some very large and some very small. Most were built in the 70’s as apartments and converted to condos later. There are approximately 1,700 condo units in Fox Hills accounting for about 25% of the condos in Culver City as a whole.
