My goal is to help clients with a smooth, seamless transaction and insulate them from the innate stress of moving. With over 32 years of experience and over 1,500 sales transactions, I’m able to foresee and mitigate most hurdles that come up in an average sales transaction. Understanding the dynamics of financing, inspections, cultural differences and personalities allows me to guide and manage transactions with the most ease as possible.
And with regard to property management, my goal is to handle absolutely everything for owners with the same diligence and care that I take in handling my own properties.

When sellers or property owners ask “what makes you different?”, my response would be “Experience” With over 32 years in the business, and with over 1,500 sales transactions and scores of managed properties, sellers and owners can rest assured that they’re in good hands. Only 22% of Realtors hold a “brokers” license which is an advanced licensing qualification. Martin is a licensed Broker.
The process for selling and for taking on new property management clients is very similar. We prepare a detailed market analysis, we make recommendations for preparing and presenting the property, then handle all the prep and all the marketing to obtain the best result possible. We evaluate the offer with respect to terms and buyer/tenant viability, then follow through with a long and detailed list of actions and tasks to complete the transaction
