Culver City-West

Culver City West is the western most “finger” of Culver City extending off Washington Bl just a stone’s throw from Marina del Rey. The neighborhood consists of approximately 300 homes and duplexes located on Boise, Colonial, Glencoe, McConnell, Mildred, Moore, Rosabell, Wade, and Wasatch. The neighborhood is mostly West of Centinela and East of Lincoln, right off Washington Bl north and south. Stories of how the Culver City border took on such an odd configuration goes back to the days when there were a number of nightclubs along Washington Bl along with a racetrack where the Costco now sits. Folks say that the Culver City government at that time wanted to control those businesses…but that’s just the story.
